On Saturday, January 21, 2023, Awake Purified Water, Media Personality Abeiku Santana, and the Chief Executive Officer of Endpoint Homeopathic Clinic, Dr. Adu Boateng, extended support to Daniel Noi Borketey, a physically challenged vendor for Awake Purified Water.
Awake Purified Water had previously noticed Daniel’s activities along the Spintex stretch and had been assisting him by providing Awake Branded items such as aprons and bottle holders, while readily supplying him with water at wholesale prices, to push his business. This effort drew a lot of attention to Daniel because he was always promoting the brand. He was later invited to an exclusive interview with Sammy Kay of Peace FM.
Following the interview, several supporters arrived at the premises with donations in the form of a freezer and cash to support Daniel Noi Berkeley. In addition, Abeiku Santana presented fifty (50) packs of bottled water on behalf of Awake Purified water to support Daniel, coupled with a cash amount of GHC 1,000 presented by Dr. Bright Adom, the Chief Executive Officer of Adom City Estates. These items were collectively given to help Daniel expand his business.
