I.T Service Delivery Analyst

Full time | Location: Accra 

Overview

The Service Delivery Analyst will therefore own the IS strategic goals – Drive Competitive Advantage, efficient & compliant systems, and provide brilliant customer experience in the Business, by setting up the requite backend infrastructure and employee-facing tools and kits in order to unleash the potential of employees to become as effective as possible, whilst achieving a higher 85% point increase in our employee satisfaction scores through surveys.

Duties

  • Own and lead the sustainability and the embedding of all IS/IT Infrastructure solutions that has been implemented. S/he is also accountable for the support of these capabilities and solutions. Some of the capabilities and solutions include.
    1. Backend Servers – File and Print, Messaging, Active Directory, Domain Controller, and Applications Servers.
    2. Customer facing kits – PCs, Printers, Telephones, etc.
    3. Network – WAN, LAN, Wireless.
    4. Backup and electronic archiving.
    5. CCTV.
    6. Speed Gate Turnstile.
    7. Maintenance of end user devices and all IT infrastructure
  • Achieve all committed Service Level Agreements with the business and with our strategic partners and other vendors.
  • Establish a trusted face of Information Systems.
  • Daily review of incidents and change tickets logged with the helpdesk to ensure it timely resolution
  • The role holder is also responsible for raising and embedding the right capability within the business to sustain the use of the solutions implemented in order to realize the benefits from the investments made.
  • Any other task as may be assigned by the I.T Manager
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO45001, 14001).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct safety training and presentations.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in related field gained in FMCG/Distribution business.
  • Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Data Analysis Skills required.
