This innovative program strives to empower young women, particularly those in Senior High Schools and University institutions, by bridging the gap between academia and industry, ensuring they are well-prepared for future employment in STEM.

The internal launch of “STEM For Her” celebrated women’s amazing contributions to STEM in the company, with the goal of inspiring and engaging employees by highlighting the many roles’ women play in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
The event commenced with a presentation during the Kasapreko Staff Durbar, where the “STEM For Her” initiative was introduced, securing enthusiastic buy-in from staff. The event then moved to the gardens, where selected female staff crewing various STEM booths conducted live demonstrations showcasing their work and impact on Kasapreko’s administration and production process. Four unique setups provided immersive experiences into the daily activities and contributions of women in STEM roles. The launch event was extensively covered online and by bloggers, generating buzz and sharing inspiring stories of women in STEM.
