Accra, Ghana—May 4 — Kasapreko PLC proudly hosted its Impact Awards, an initiative designed to recognize and reward staff who have gone beyond their defined roles and consistently demonstrated commitment, resilience, and excellence in their work.
This year, the initiative went a step further, delivering not just recognition but meaningful, life-changing rewards. Under the Junior Staff to Senior Staff promotion category, nine beneficiaries were elevated to senior staff grade. In addition to their promotions, each recipient was awarded a fully registered plot of land as well as a Toyota Vitz, fully registered and insured.
Similarly, within the casual staff to junior staff promotion category, five beneficiaries were promoted to junior staff grade. Alongside their advancement, each received a registered plot of land and the option to choose between a two-year rent advance or ward school sponsorship.
Beyond the rewards, the Impact Awards represented something far deeper. They reflected a deliberate effort to recognize contributions that often go unseen, to motivate individuals to exceed expectations, and to create real, lasting impact beyond the workplace.
