Accra, Ghana—April 7— Kasapreko PLC, together with Royal Crown Packaging Limited (RCPL), has officially commissioned a modern ambulance bay designed to strengthen emergency response and improve lifesaving services for both employees and the surrounding community.
The commissioning ceremony brought together dignitaries and stakeholders, including representatives from the Tema West Municipal Assembly, the Ghana Ambulance Service, the Ghana National Fire Service, partner organizations, and company leadership. Their presence underscored the importance of collective responsibility in safeguarding lives.
In the chairman’s keynote address, the B2B Director, Kwasi Amoako emphasized that the initiative reflects the company’s unwavering commitment to prioritizing people and community well-being. He highlighted that the ambulance bay is strategically positioned to support the critical “Golden Hour” in emergency care, ensuring faster response times, timely medical intervention, and ultimately saving lives.
The HSE Manager highlighted that the newly commissioned bay represents a cornerstone of Kasapreko PLC’s broader safety strategy, designed to strengthen the company’s capacity to manage industrial emergencies effectively. She further urged neighboring organizations to join forces in supporting the running of the facility, fostering a culture of collective preparedness and coordinated emergency response.
The inauguration climaxed in a symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony, officially marking the facility’s opening. Guests were then guided through the office and ambulance, where stakeholders and participants had the opportunity to explore the state-of-the-art emergency response Ambulance equipment firsthand.
